    Visionary Bowling Balls Are Great!!!!!

    Tuesday, May 15, 2007, 06:35 PM [General]

My name is Jeff Payne from Louisville,Ky,and I was wanting to know if there are any bowlers out there who use Visionary bowling equipment.I just recently got one named The ogre, and it is the best ball I have ever thrown. It has excellent length, with killer backend.I wish I had one years ago.The PBA does not allow the use of visionary balls yet,but I hpoe they soon will.I also want to know if anyone  uses GRIP LOC THUMB INSERTS.It is a system that allows you to change out your thumb insert if it is too big/small.It only takes a second or two to do it.The idea is to have the same insert in every ball, hense the same feel in evey ball.Well, I geuss I have rambled on enough,so good luck on the lanes and off!!!have a great week!!!!

    LOUISVILLE BOWLERS ROCK!

    Friday, May 11, 2007, 01:55 PM [General]

My name is Jeff Payne, I live in valley station, and bowl at dixie bowl.I have 4 3oos and 2 299s.I've only been bowling for about six years seriously.I just recently got a visionary ball named ogre, and it rocks!it has great length and a killer snap back to the pocket.I use a new thumb system called grip locs. The idea is, that you will have the same feel in every ball, because you will have the same insert in every ball. The inserts can be switched out in seconds,it's that easy!My average has gone up by about 5-10 pins in league play. The inserts come in a range of different sizes,so you can find one that fits your thumb comfortably.Well, that's about all I have to say, good luck in your bowling people!

Thanks for the comment Jeff. Since my friend Jamie is on a mission for new floursecent tie-dyed laces, Ive looked again at whats available at bowling.com. I have plenty of time to break them in before the fall season... decisions, decisions!
